TRU Rewards is our exciting program for our members to give you rewards when you shop our site for great haircare products! Earn points that you can spend in the store any time, get exclusive members-only discounts, free gifts and members only offers and more.
How do I sign up for TRU Rewards?
Its easy! Just register as a member on our site and you're in.
How do I earn TRU Reward points?
Reward points are applied automatically as you shop, the more you shop, the more you earn! There are multiple opportunities to earn points. See all the ways you can earn by clicking "Ways to Earn" in your TRU Rewards account center.
How do I redeem my points?
Your redeemable rewards will be available in your account to view. Click or tap "View" to see your rewards and redeem. You will receive a unique code to redeem, copy the code or check your email for the redemption code to enter at checkout to redeem and save. You can also come back to your account later to retrieve your reward code.
Can I refer friends to earn points?
Yes you can! In your rewards center is a unique referral link link. Simply share that link and earn a $5 off discount for you and each friend you refer that shops our store.
Where can I view my points balance?
You can view your points balance right on site by signing in to your member account and clicking or tapping the "Get TRU Rewards" button at any time.
What other benefits come with membership and TRU Rewards?
