SHIPPING POLICY

 ALL "HAIR CARE" PRODUCTS TAKE 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS TO PROCESS, DAY 1 STARTS THE DAY AFTER YOUR ORDER IS RECEIVED. TRACKING NUMBERS ARE SENT VIA EMAIL AFTER PROCESSING

Packages will be shipped using USPS, UPS depending on your location

***BUSINESS DAYS DO NOT INCLUDE HOLIDAYS AND WEEKENDS.

***ALWAYS ALLOW ONE EXTRA BUSINESS DAY FOR PROCESSING AFTER A HOLIDAY OR A SALE. 

***WE DO NOT SHIP ANY PRODUCTS ON SATURDAYS AND SUNDAYS.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION:

If a package is returned to TRU BALANCE HAIR CARE INC. due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, or if the customer was not home for the delivery, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. TRU BALANCE HAIR CARE INC is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer, no refunds will be provided if any parts of the address are incorrect.

For health reasons, we do NOT accept returns once the items are opened or used.

DAMAGED ITEMS

When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear; however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at admin@trubalancehaircare.com
Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for the fastest service. To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials, and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.

ONLINE RETURNS INSTRUCTIONS

Please email admin@trubalancehaircare.com for any other return request within 30 days of purchase. Return exceptions can only be made within 30 days of purchase.

For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via USPS or insured Parcel Post. We’re sorry, return shipping fees are not refundable. In the case of damaged items, please refer to Damaged Items.
